About Me! 

Hi! My name is Kate Mackenzie. I am 21 years old and have been babysitting/nannying for 7+ years, and was a mother's helper prior to that. I moved to Wake Forest, North Carolina in 2020 from The Woodlands, Texas, and now currently reside in the Cameron Village area as of April 2025. I graduated from high school early in January of 2023, and moved into my first apartment in October of 2023, and now live in a townhouse in the Village District area near North Hills and Raleigh. I have my full unlimited driver's license with a clean driving record. I have experience with all ages, including newborns, ranging from 0mo+. I am Red Cross babysitter certified and have taken 4 CPR classes that have included CPR training for children and babies. I am also currently Open Water Lifeguard certified (by the Red Cross as of 2024), one of the highest forms of Lifeguard certifications, that allows me to work in deep-water and lakes. Lifeguard training includes learning CPR, AED, Choking, and basic life saving training skills, along with traditional first aid. I truly love babysitting/nannying and feel it is the best job in the world, so I am very thankful to have lived in a neighborhood with so many little people!
